How Do I transfer My leads From My EDC Back Office To My edcfollowup Autoresponder?
 

  1. Login to your EDC Gold back office
  2. Go to EDC Gold members area
  3. Click on autoresponder
  4. Click on prospects
  5. Click on active prospects
  6. Highlight and copy 1 e-mail address
  7. Open a NEW Window    DON'T close the present window
  8. Login into your edcfollowup autoresponder http://www.reliablecontact.com/maxsponder/userlogin.html
  9. On the right hand side Click the link "Manually Add E-Mail Address"
  10. Paste the information from line 6 into the e-mail address box
  11. DON'T close the present window
  12. Return to your EDC back office page (it should still be opened. see above)
  13. Highlight and copy the first name ONLY
  14. Paste it into the First name box on the form at edcfollow autoresponder
  15. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Add new customer" button

IF you are familiar with excel

Copy and paste your entire list from your EDC gold backoffice into a blank workbook

Put the e-mail address first

And the first name second, all other information remains as is

save as a csv file.

Login into your edcfollowup autoresponder

Click on the "Import From File Quick" link on the right side

Browse to the file on your computer click it and then click upload
